History Book
$12.00
The ecological history of the Catfish Creek watershed contains
several ice ages, lumbering mastodons and woolly mammoths, and many
species that are either extinct, or have "moved north".
Author/Broadcaster
Ric Wellwood relates this history from before the
time of man, through the era when 30 kilogram beavers wandered
through what is now East Elgin County. You can learn about what your
Authority does, and why. All proceeds from the sale of this limited
edition book are used to maintain and improve the Springwater
Forest.

White's Pond Print
$115.00
This remarkable print describes what Springwater looked like one
hundred years ago when it was the scene of pioneer businesses. Local
entrepreneur and manufacturer Glen White of Steelway Building
Systems commissioned Sparta Artist Peter Robson to create a limited
edition series of prints, signed and numbered by the Artist. Mr.
White donated 200 of the prints to the Authority for fundraising
purposes. Proceeds from the prints are being used to enhance Springwater Forest and make it more beautiful and accessible.
