The Springwater Conservation Area’s annual Maple Syrup Festival is running throughout March Break from 10:00 – 3:00 (gates close at 2:30).

Come out and experience interpretive tours of the authentic Sugar Shanty, demonstrations on maple syrup production… then enjoy a wagon ride through the Springwater Forest.  Numerous Maple Products are for sale in the Sugar Shanty.

The Pancake House is in operation all week run by the Canadian Mental Health Association.

The Festival will also be in operation for the next two weekends:
March 16 & 17 : Saturday, the cuddly farm animals of Education Animal Displays will be onsite.
March 23 & 24 : Saturday, Railway City Brewing Company will be onsite with samples & Sunday we wrap up the Festival with a craft day of bird house building
