It’s the Sweetest Time of Year!  The Annual Springwater Maple Syrup Festival starts Saturday, March 2nd and runs until Sunday, March 24th… operating on Weekends and throughout March Break from 10:00am-3:00pm (gates close at 2:30pm)

Enjoy wagon rides through the Springwater Forest. Tour the old-fashioned sugar shanty for demonstrations on maple syrup production. Maple products are available for sale. Dine at our pancake house which is operated by local community organizations.
