Catfish Creek Conservation Authority (CCCA) has announced the resignation of its General Manager / Secretary-Treasurer, Chris Wilkinson, who will be replaced on an interim basis for now by long-time CCCA employee Dusty Underhill.
Mr. Wilkinson has held his position since November of 2018.
CCCA Chairperson Rick Cerna, a Malahide councillor and the township representative on the Authority board, said the work Mr. Wilkinson had done over the last three years had been appreciated.
The Authority also announced that Mr. Underhill would serve as interim General Manager / Secretary-Treasurer until December 31.
“We are confident in his ability to provide leadership as we explore filing the vacancy permanently,” Cr. Cerna said.
Mr. Underhill holds diplomas as a Fish and Wildlife Technician and in Parks and Recreation from Sault College of Applied Arts and Technology.
He has worked for CCCA for the last 12 years, and is the Conservation Areas Supervisor.
